About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Catering Operations Specialist to manage and optimize their catering services from a distance. Based remotely, you will be instrumental in coordinating logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring the seamless execution of catering for various events across different locations. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving without direct on-site supervision. You will be the central point of contact, driving efficiency and maintaining high service standards for our client's remote catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of catering events remotely, including scheduling staff, managing deliveries, and confirming requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, confirm orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain detailed event plans, checklists, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
