Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Perform process simulations and economic evaluations for new and existing technologies.
• Conduct detailed hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Support the scale-up and commissioning of pilot and full-scale chemical plants.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on design and optimization.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, ChemCAD) and CAD tools.
• Experience with environmental regulations and sustainable engineering practices.
