About the Role

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert advice and support to families and childcare providers across the UK. This role involves developing tailored strategies for child development, advising on best practices in childcare settings, and assisting with regulatory compliance. You will leverage your extensive experience to offer virtual consultations, create informative resources, and contribute to the improvement of childcare standards nationwide, working flexibly from your home office. This is a vital role for impacting childcare quality without geographical limitations, primarily serving clients in and around Oxfordshire and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and childcare providers to assess needs and offer solutions.
• Develop and implement bespoke childcare plans and strategies for individual clients.
• Advise on early years curriculum, child development best practices, and safeguarding procedures.
• Assist clients in understanding and meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofsted).
• Create engaging and informative content for online resources, workshops, and webinars.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in childcare and early years education.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in childcare management, early years education, or a related field.
• Demonstrable expertise in child development, curriculum planning, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Level 4/5 in Childcare, Early Years Professional Status).
