Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultation services to parents, educators, and childcare providers on a range of topics.

• Research and stay updated on the latest trends, research, and policies in early childhood education and care.
• Create resources, guides, and best practice documents for clients.
• Advise on curriculum development, safeguarding policies, and operational strategies for childcare settings.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (minimum 7 years) in a senior childcare, early years education, or consultancy role.
• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in childcare regulations, quality assurance, and curriculum design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, project management software).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
