Key Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and challenges, offering bespoke solutions and strategies to improve childcare provision.
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide feedback on existing childcare environments and methodologies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional qualification in Early Childhood Education , Psychology, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior role within the childcare sector, such as nursery management or early years consultancy.
• Proven ability to provide expert advice and develop strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of empathy.
• Proficiency in using remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable advice.
