About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Remote Childcare Consultant to provide expert advice and support to families and childcare providers across the UK. This role involves leveraging your extensive background in early years education and development to offer guidance on best practices, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance, all from a remote setting. You will be a trusted advisor, helping to shape positive and effective childcare solutions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote consultation on early years education, child development, and childcare management.
• Develop and deliver online training materials and workshops for parents and childcare professionals.
• Advise on curriculum design, implementation, and assessment strategies for early years settings.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and Ofsted inspections.
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in childcare leadership, policy development, or consultancy.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent national frameworks.
• Excellent remote communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical, actionable solutions.
• Strong research capabilities and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
