About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Remote Childcare Development Officer to support the growth and quality improvement of childcare provisions across various regions. Operating entirely remotely, you will play a crucial role in advising settings on best practices, regulatory compliance, and strategic development. Your expertise will help childcare providers enhance their services, improve outcomes for children, and ensure adherence to standards like the EYFS framework. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support and guidance to childcare providers on operational, pedagogical, and compliance matters.

- Facilitate remote workshops and training sessions for childcare professionals on key areas such as safeguarding, curriculum development, and parent engagement.

Requirements
- A relevant Level 5 qualification in Early Years Practice, Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a leadership or advisory role within the childcare sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and quality assurance processes.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging remote training and consultancy services.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills for a virtual work environment.
