About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Remote Childminder Coordinator to manage and support a network of childminders across the UK . In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and compliance of registered childminders, providing them with essential support and guidance. You will liaise with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies, conduct virtual assessments, and facilitate professional development opportunities for childminders to maintain the highest standards of childcare. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of childcare regulations and a passion for supporting childcare professionals from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of registered childminders, offering remote support and guidance.
- Conduct virtual compliance checks and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide advice and support to childminders on curriculum development, safeguarding, and business practices.
- Organise and deliver online training sessions and professional development workshops for childminders.
- Act as a key point of contact for childminders, addressing queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of childminder compliance, training, and support provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience in childcare, with a strong understanding of childminding regulations and frameworks, particularly in the UK .
- Experience with managing or supporting childcare providers is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and virtual presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using remote working tools and software for communication and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
