About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Remote Childminder Coordinator to join their expanding team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting and managing a network of childminders operating across various regions. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, providing guidance and training, and fostering a strong community amongst childminders. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support a caseload of registered childminders , ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct virtual quality assurance checks and provide constructive feedback.
- Organise and deliver online training sessions on relevant childcare topics and best practices.
- Act as a primary point of contact for childminders, offering advice and support.
- Maintain accurate records of childminder registrations, training, and compliance documentation.
- Promote best practice in childcare and child development amongst the network.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofsted in England, equivalent elsewhere).
- Experience in a supervisory, coordination, or quality assurance role is highly desirable.
- Excellent remote communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively from home.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, record-keeping, and training delivery.
- A recognised qualification in childcare, such as Level 3 or above, is preferred.
