Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed design calculations and analysis for various civil engineering infrastructure components.
• Develop comprehensive design drawings, schematics, and technical reports using CAD and other design software.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant national standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Undertake design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and site support documentation as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a strong design focus.
• Significant experience in civil engineering design, including roads, drainage, and earthworks.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
• Thorough understanding of UK design standards, building codes, and environmental considerations.
