About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Remote Civil Design Project Manager to lead and coordinate engineering design efforts from anywhere in the UK. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to significant civil infrastructure projects without the need for physical office presence. You will be responsible for managing the entire design lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration among remote design teams, clients, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple civil engineering design projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with remote engineering teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams using digital tools.
• Ensure all designs meet applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in project management within the civil engineering sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex design projects and remote teams successfully.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) and collaboration tools.
