Key Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, impact assessments, and design documentation for planning applications.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Urban Planning with an engineering focus.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering related to urban development, infrastructure planning, or master planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ideally GIS software.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations and sustainable development principles.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines in a virtual setting.
