Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims promptly and accurately in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
• Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence, interviewing claimants and witnesses, and assessing damages.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with policyholders, providing clear explanations of the claims process and decisions.
• Maintain detailed and organized claim files, documenting all actions, communications, and settlements within the claims management system.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation according to established procedures.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties to achieve fair and timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Solid understanding of insurance policies, legal requirements, and claims handling procedures.
• Excellent investigative, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting .
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
