Remote Cleaning Compliance Auditor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and meticulous Remote Cleaning Compliance Auditor to join their organisation on a contractual basis. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for ensuring that cleaning standards and protocols are met across various client sites by reviewing submitted data and conducting virtual assessments. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of cleaning services provided by our client's network of operatives, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and specific industry regulations. This role is ideal for an experienced auditor who is adept at remote work and possesses a keen eye for detail in maintaining high standards of hygiene and compliance across dispersed operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse cleaning reports, photographic evidence, and client feedback submitted remotely.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and assessments using video conferencing and other digital tools.
• Verify compliance with established cleaning procedures, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate audit findings clearly and concisely to site managers and cleaning teams via digital channels.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all audit activities and outcomes in the company's systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in auditing, quality control, or compliance roles, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
• Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and health and safety legislation (e.g., COSHH).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, virtual meeting platforms, and data management software.
• High level of organisational skill and attention to detail to manage remote audits efficiently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
