Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning services across multiple locations from a remote setting. You will be instrumental in setting operational standards, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate remote cleaning staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and support.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning protocols and quality assurance procedures across all sites.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
- Monitor operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.

Requirements
