About the Role

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Remote Cleaning Services Coordinator to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites from a remote capacity, supporting operations based in and around Leeds . This role is essential for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing cleaning schedules, and maintaining communication between cleaning teams and clients. You will leverage technology to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure that our client's high standards of cleanliness are met without the need for on-site supervision of the coordinator role itself. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule cleaning teams for various commercial and residential properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services and feedback.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning services delivered remotely through reporting and virtual checks.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely reordering and distribution.

Requirements
