About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Remote Cleaning Supervisor to oversee their cleaning operations across multiple sites, ideally managing remotely from the Nottingham area. This role is critical for ensuring consistent service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective team management without direct on-site presence for the supervisor. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding cleaning teams, conducting virtual inspections, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning operatives remotely, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and quality checks, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency across all assigned locations.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff on best practices, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating timely replenishment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for remote client communications regarding cleaning services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning supervision or management, with a strong track record of remote team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, health and safety regulations (including COSHH), and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategic improvements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high service levels.
