Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to community members seeking various social services and resources.
- Conduct needs assessments remotely via phone or video conferencing.
- Assist clients in navigating application processes and accessing relevant support systems.

- Collaborate with community organisations and agencies to facilitate service provision.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a community support , social work, or advisory role is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Demonstrated understanding of community resources and social welfare systems.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote setting.
