Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive construction schedules using planning software.
• Analyze project scope and identify critical path activities, potential delays, and resource requirements.

• Prepare logistical plans, including site layout, material delivery sequencing, and equipment utilization.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning or scheduling, with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote teamwork.
