Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction project schedules using planning software.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, and risk assessment related to the project schedule.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, variances, and potential delays.
• Identify opportunities for programme improvement and implement best practices in construction planning.
• Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Construction Planner or Senior Planner in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and sequences.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a remote setting.
