Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with the creation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external parties using digital platforms.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report status updates to the project management team.
• Manage and organize project-related documents, including contracts, permits, and progress reports, in a cloud-based system.
• Schedule and facilitate virtual project meetings, take minutes, and track action items to completion.
• Support procurement processes by assisting with vendor selection and contract administration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
