Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support their project management teams remotely. Working from anywhere in the UK , you will play a vital role in the administrative and logistical aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless communication and efficient documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to Project Managers and site teams.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and assist in schedule updates.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain project files and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist with procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers and managing purchase orders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
