Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and directing project activities.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and reporting them to the Project Manager.
- Manage the flow of project-related information and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the procurement process by tracking purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry .
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
