Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using planning software.
• Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to gather input for schedule development.
• Monitor project progress against the established schedule, reporting on variances and potential impacts.
• Assist in the coordination of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Asta Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and the project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
