Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large volumes of data from various insurance-related sources.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to insurance operations, marketing, and product performance.
- Create clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data governance policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
