Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to insurance operations, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, marketing, and product development to understand their data needs.
• Perform statistical analysis to support forecasting, modeling, and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and integrity, and contribute to the development of data governance best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst , with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the insurance sector.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
