Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily delivery schedules for a fleet of drivers, ensuring optimal route planning and adherence to delivery windows.
- Utilize fleet management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations, performance, and driver activity in real-time.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, support, and resolve any issues that arise during their routes.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance logs, and driver performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or fleet management, preferably within the transport industry .
- Proficiency with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, and general route optimization tools.
