Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and accessible digital learning materials and courses using various authoring tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to translate educational content into effective online learning modules.
• Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital educational technologies.
• Provide training and support to educators and students on the effective use of digital learning tools and platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives through data analysis and user feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
• Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in digital learning, instructional design, and educational technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital learning design, online course development, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and technical skills.
