Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, assigning routes and vehicles to drivers remotely.
• Monitor driver progress in real-time using GPS tracking and communication platforms.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal support teams to ensure smooth delivery execution.
• Maintain and update dispatch logs, performance records, and incident reports accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or transport management.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software, routing applications, and digital communication tools.
