Key Responsibilities

• Remotely manage and coordinate the dispatch of fleet vehicles and drivers, ensuring timely service delivery.
• Monitor vehicle movements, track deliveries, and proactively address any delays or disruptions.
• Serve as the primary contact for drivers, providing support, instructions, and real-time updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments regarding delivery schedules and logistics.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and generate reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fleet dispatch , transportation coordination , or a similar logistics role.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and route optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing remote teams and client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make effective decisions quickly.
