About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily delivery schedules to drivers operating across Scotland.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing support, instructions, and updates.
• Monitor vehicle locations and delivery progress using GPS tracking systems.
• Respond promptly to driver inquiries and resolve any operational issues or delays that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery confirmations, and driver logs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse management, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
