You will utilize advanced dispatch software to assign routes, track shipments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during transit. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pick-ups, optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Monitor real-time shipment progress and proactively address any delays or disruptions.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing instructions and support throughout their shifts.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update shipment status in the logistics management system.
• Liaise with customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any transportation-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a similar transportation coordination role.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and standard office applications.
