About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Remote Dispatch Operative to manage delivery schedules and routes from a home-based environment. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage delivery schedules in real-time, making adjustments as needed.
• Assign delivery tasks to drivers based on location, capacity, and priority.
• Optimize delivery routes using specialized software to ensure efficiency and timely arrivals.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support.
• Track shipments and monitor driver progress throughout their shifts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

Requirements
