Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming requests and dispatch appropriate emergency response units and personnel remotely.
- Maintain constant communication with field teams, providing updates and necessary information.

- Accurately record all dispatch activities, including times, locations, and unit status.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required during emergencies.

Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatching, emergency services, or a high-pressure logistics environment.
