Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret driver performance data from various sources, including telematics and scheduling software.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver behaviour, efficiency, and safety.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in driver performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Recommend strategies and initiatives to improve driver productivity, reduce fuel consumption, and enhance safety.
• Collaborate with operations managers to implement performance improvement plans and track their effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies related to driver performance management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Logistics) is preferred.
