About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, and traffic sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, providing context for performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent data manipulation and analysis skills, with experience in tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and online marketing channels.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting .
