Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing excellent support and resolving issues.
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content to promote products and sales.
• Monitor website performance and identify any technical issues or user experience improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an e-commerce or online retail support role.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing product data and orders.
