Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker

About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and highly motivated Remote E-commerce Growth Hacker to join their forward-thinking team. This role is dedicated to rapidly scaling our online business through creative experimentation and data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and requires a proactive individual who thrives on testing new ideas, analyzing results, and iterating quickly to achieve aggressive growth targets for our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid, iterative experiments across all marketing channels (paid social, SEM, email, content, partnerships) to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, and increasing lifetime value (LTV).
• Leverage data analytics and A/B testing tools to inform decision-making and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth features and optimize the user experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging growth tactics, tools, and platform features relevant to e-commerce .

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role focused on rapid scaling of online businesses.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience in paid acquisition channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and experimental mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment, managing your own time and priorities.
