About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and proactive Remote E-commerce Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless functioning of their online retail operations. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, customer service inquiries related to online orders, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce order processing and fulfillment operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding online orders, shipping, and returns via email and chat.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels for online products and communicate any discrepancies.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Identify and report on operational bottlenecks or issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements
