Remote E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their online business. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery, managing inventory, optimizing logistics, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and other key suppliers.
• Monitor key operational metrics and generate reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and implement best practices for online retail operations.
