About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Remote E-sports Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team, working entirely from home. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of online e-sports tournaments and events. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for competitive gaming, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a virtual environment. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and e-sports communities to ensure seamless event operations and an engaging experience for participants and viewers worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute online e-sports tournaments and events from conception to completion.
- Liaise with game developers, publishers, sponsors, and streaming platforms to ensure event integration and promotion.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling matches, coordinating casters and moderators, and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to drive player and viewer engagement.
- Track event performance metrics and provide post-event reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably within the e-sports or gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of various e-sports titles, tournament formats, and online gaming communities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a remote team setting.
- Proficiency in using event management software and online collaboration tools.
