About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Remote Early Years Consultant to provide expert advice and support to childcare providers nationwide. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of early childhood education principles, regulatory frameworks, and best practices to guide clients in improving their service delivery. This position involves working from home, conducting virtual assessments, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering training remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of childcare settings to evaluate compliance, quality of care, and educational programmes.
• Provide expert advice and develop tailored recommendations for improving operational efficiency and pedagogical practices.
• Develop and deliver virtual training sessions and workshops for childcare staff and management on various early years topics.
• Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and implementing best practices for safeguarding and child development.
• Create reports, guidelines, and resources to support clients in achieving their developmental goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, research, and legislative changes impacting the early years sector.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in early years education and management, with a proven track record in consultancy or advisory roles.
• In-depth knowledge of national early years frameworks (e.g., EYFS in England), regulations, and inspection processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights.
• Excellent virtual presentation, training, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and digital platforms.
• A relevant degree or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
