Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote consultancy services to childcare providers, offering expertise on curriculum development and pedagogical approaches.
- Advise on compliance with national childcare regulations and quality frameworks.
- Develop and deliver online training sessions and workshops for childcare staff and managers.
- Conduct remote quality assurance assessments and provide detailed feedback reports.
- Assist clients in implementing best practices for child safety, well-being, and inclusion.
- Stay abreast of current research and trends in early childhood education and share insights with clients.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior Early Years leadership role (e.g., Nursery Manager, Headteacher).
- A strong understanding of national early years curricula and regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofsted, EYFS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and training, preferably online.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and technologies.
