About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy services to nurseries, preschools, and other early years settings remotely.

• Conduct remote quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to clients on their performance.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent professional qualification in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) in senior roles within the early years sector, including leadership and management.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofsted).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, adapted for a remote audience.
