About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Remote Early Years Consultant to join their innovative team, providing vital support to childcare providers and families across Northern Ireland . This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute your expertise from home. You will be responsible for offering guidance on curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and best practices in early childhood education. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy services to early years settings on curriculum design, pedagogical approaches, and the implementation of the Early Years curriculum .
• Advise on compliance with regulatory standards and quality frameworks, including relevant Northern Ireland legislation.
• Conduct remote assessments and provide feedback to nurseries and childminders on their service provision.
• Develop training materials and deliver online workshops for childcare professionals.
• Support parents with guidance on early learning and development strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of remote professionals to enhance service offerings and client support.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 3 or above qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Significant experience in a senior role within an early years setting or as an early years advisor.
• In-depth knowledge of early years frameworks, policies, and best practices relevant to Northern Ireland .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent virtual communication and presentation abilities, comfortable delivering advice online.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects remotely.
