Remote Early Years Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Remote Early Years Consultant to provide expert advice and support to childcare providers nationwide. This fully remote position involves developing best practice guidelines, conducting virtual training sessions, and offering bespoke consultancy services to improve the quality of early childhood education. You will leverage your deep understanding of the EYFS framework and current pedagogical approaches to help settings achieve outstanding outcomes for children. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated professional to work flexibly from anywhere in the UK, contributing significantly to the early years sector without the need for physical presence in Cambridge or any other specific office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy services on early years education, curriculum development, and quality improvement to clients remotely.
• Develop and deliver engaging online training programs and workshops for childcare professionals.
• Create and update resources, policies, and best practice guidance for the early years sector.
• Conduct virtual assessments and provide constructive feedback to childcare providers.
• Stay abreast of current research, policy changes, and trends in early childhood education.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients through effective virtual communication.

Requirements

• A minimum of Level 5 qualification in Early Years or a related field; Level 6 or higher preferred.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior early years leadership or consultancy role.
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy services remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
