Remote Early Years Consultant

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Remote Early Years Consultant to provide expert advice and support to childcare providers across the UK. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will leverage your extensive experience in early childhood education to guide settings on best practices, curriculum development, Ofsted readiness, and operational improvements. Your insights will be invaluable in helping various organisations enhance their childcare services and achieve excellence, contributing significantly to the quality of early years education nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote consultancy services to nurseries, pre-schools, and childminders, offering tailored advice and solutions.
• Develop and deliver online training programs and workshops for childcare professionals.
• Conduct virtual quality assurance reviews and provide detailed feedback and action plans.
• Assist clients in navigating Ofsted inspections and achieving outstanding ratings.
• Stay abreast of current trends, policies, and research in early years education and advise clients accordingly.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working in senior roles within the early years sector (e.g., Nursery Manager, Early Years Inspector).
• A recognised Early Years qualification at Level 4 or above.
• Proven track record in consultancy, training, or quality improvement within childcare settings.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework , safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong digital literacy and experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools.
