Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging online learning activities and educational content tailored for children in the early years age group.

- Collaborate with parents and guardians through video calls and digital communication channels to discuss developmental milestones and provide guidance.
- Create and share resources, activities, and lesson plans designed for at-home learning environments.

Requirements
- A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, EYT, QTS).
- Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools, educational apps, and online learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, adapted for a virtual environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote setting.
