Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online learning activities and educational content tailored for children in the early years age group.

• Create and share resources, activities, and lesson plans designed for at-home learning environments.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, EYT, QTS).
• Proven experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Excellent digital literacy and proficiency with video conferencing tools, educational apps, and online learning platforms.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, adapted for a virtual environment.
