About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Remote Early Years Educator to join their expanding online learning platform based in Brighton . This fully remote position allows you to design and deliver engaging educational content and virtual learning experiences for young children. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop curriculum, facilitate online interactive sessions, and provide support to children and parents. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is adept at utilizing digital tools and passionate about making early years education accessible and engaging through online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interactive online lessons and activities for early years children.
- Create engaging digital educational resources and content aligned with early learning frameworks.
- Facilitate virtual group sessions, fostering a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Provide virtual support and guidance to children and their parents regarding educational activities.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance online learning programs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through online engagement and feedback.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised early years qualification (e.g., Level 3+).
- Proven experience in delivering early years education, preferably with a background in online or blended learning.
- Proficiency in using digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational software.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability skills for a remote setting.
