Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for electrical installation projects across various client sites.
• Analyze installation issues reported by on-site teams and develop effective, timely solutions.
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation to guide installation processes remotely.
• Develop and deliver remote training sessions for field engineers on new equipment or installation procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of remote support interactions, resolutions, and project status updates.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably in an industrial or technical field.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent remote communication skills, including video conferencing, phone, and written correspondence.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and troubleshoot under pressure without direct supervision.
